All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to the perishable nature of our juices. If your product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect order, please contact us via email at bncontrolco@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery, and include at least one picture that clearly shows the issue noted in your email. We will gladly resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The product must be in the original packaging, unopened, and unused.
We offer shipping to U.S. addresses only. We use the shipping method selected by the customer when available. Our juices are packed frozen, and we recommend using a 2-day delivery option to receive them for best freshness. Once delivered, they should be immediately kept in the refrigerator or freezer. We are not responsible for damages caused by the carrier during shipping or delivery. We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as carrier issues or weather.
Our juices are made with fresh, raw ingredients in an area where common allergens, such as nuts, wheat, citrus, etc., are prepared. Though we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free of any or all allergens.
Our juices are not designed to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. They are solely crafted to support a healthy lifestyle and better nutrition by using all-natural ingredients. Before consuming our products, please consult your health care practitioner if you are pregnant, taking prescription medications, or have any known medical conditions.
